Delivering Dementia-Friendly Customer Service, an e-learning course for air travel industry workers, was developed in collaboration with the Metropolitan Airports Commission Customer Experience and Technical Training teams (MSP International Airport), the Dementia-Friendly Airports Working Group (DFAWG), and the Roseville Alzheimer’s; Dementia Community Action Team. Content was adapted from DFAWG's in-person training, Dementia Basics for Air Travel Industry Workers, delivered to MSP and MAC employees on Wednesday, February 7, 2024.

- Learn positive ways to interact and problem solve with a traveler with dementia.
